Bilfinger buys Techscape

Bilfinger Berger Services NZ has bought Techscape, an infrastructure maintenance firm specialising in water, drainage and greenscapes.

General manager Dave Edwards said Techscape had been jointly owned by the North Shore and Waitakere City councils. He said the merger would make Bilfinger one of the major providers of water and waste-water services here.
