BHP Billiton off NZSX

BHP Billiton will delist from the New Zealand stock exchange after the market closes on Friday.

The company says it has reviewed its secondary listing as an overseas issuer on the New Zealand exchange and decided it was no longer appropriate to maintain it.

Shareholders will continue to be able to trade their shares on the Australian Stock Exchange.
