PGG Wrightson Funds Management chief executive Peter Baynes is to leave the company in a month.
Parent company PGG Wrightson yesterday said Baynes' role mainly related to the establishment phase of the company, the contracted manager of NZ Farming Systems Uruguay, and it was not intended to replace him for now.
Executive responsibility for the delivery of services under the company's contract with the Uruguay operation would be undertaken by group general manager financial services Michael Thomas.
