The owner of the beach in Abel Tasman National Park which has been the focus of a crowd funding campaign is pleased with all the local interest.
More than $2 million has been pledged to help buy the beach on the Awaroa Inlet.

Lawyers for owners Michael Spackman say the family is positive about the sale process and where it's heading.
The money will be used to tender for the beach in the next couple of days.
