A two-level, 1571sq m building on a 1013sq m site at 1220 Hinemoa St, Rotorua, has been sold by Bill Wilson and Mark Rendell of Bayleys Rotorua for $1,340,000 at a 13 per cent yield.

Colliers win at Ascot Park

Bryce Holmes and Peter Kermode of Colliers International have sold units GA1 and GA2 at Ascot Office Park on behalf of Riva Properties Ltd to a private investor for $2.1 million, at a yield of 7.38 per cent. The property was returning $155,000 per annum net and has just under five years remaining on a lease to Fresenius Medical Care (FMC).

Peta Laery and Rob Farmer of Bayleys Manukau have sold to an owner occupier for $1.9 million a 2577sq m four-bay warehouse at 192 James Fletcher Drive, Otahuhu, with 509sq m of offices and amenities, on a 4781sq m Business 6-zoned site in four titles.
