APN signs on as partner for awards

APN New Zealand has secured partnership rights for the Deloitte Top 200 Business Awards.

Now in its 25th year, the Deloitte Top 200 Awards celebrate New Zealand's most outstanding large businesses and their people.

Top 200 winners and finalists represent the who's who of the business community and make a vital contribution to New Zealand's economy and future prosperity.

The Herald and Newstalk ZB will promote, organise, manage and co-host the annual awards dinner with Deloitte.

Jane Hastings, chief executive of APN New Zealand, said: "We're thrilled to partner with Deloitte on the most prestigious corporate business event in New Zealand. It's a momentous year for the event and we know the Herald and Newstalk ZB will deliver fantastic profile across print, digital and radio."

Deloitte chief executive Thomas Pippos said Deloitte was excited to have APN on board as a partner.

An online content hub for the Top 200 Awards will be hosted on the nzherald.co.nz business section.

Finalists will be announced in the last week of October and the winners crowned at the black-tie awards dinner to be held on November 27.
