KPMG has issued a warning that businesses need to know whether new anti-terrorism and money laundering laws affect them.
It said the reforms would affect numerous entities ranging from the finance sector through to jewellers.
The Ministry of Justice is seeking feedback on amendments to New Zealand's Financial Transaction Reports Act 1996.
