Fonterra Co-operative Group, New Zealand's biggest company by sales, has announced the resignation of its managing director of global ingredients and food service, Andrei Mikhalevsky.
After five years with the co-operative, he will finish at the end of the year.
He moves to US-based California Dairies.
He will be temporarily replaced by Fonterra's director of global formulated food, Alex Turnbull.
