AMP to mop up shares

AMP Property Portfolio has moved to compulsorily acquire the remaining shares in Capital Properties and has lodged an acquisition notice with the stock exchange.

Capital Properties will be delisted when AMP gains full control and the New Zealand Exchange said trading in Capital Properties shares would stop trading on April 3, five days after the acquisition notice was lodged.
