Cat food and fertiliser proved a solid meal ticket for AIM Proximity as it took both major awards at the New Zealand Direct Marketing Association's glamour event of the year.
The campaign for Whiskas Singles - single-serve pouches of wet catfood - took the Supreme Nexus award for effective demographic targeting.
AIM Proximity's campaign for BNZ, which targeted rural borrowers by posting them miniature bags of fertiliser, took the RSVP Grand Prix award for creativity.
The gold winner for the RSVP sub-category in e-Excellence went to Saatchi & Saatchi for its adidas Beat Rugby internet campaign.
AIM Proximity also collected RSVP golds for its Cerebos Greggs and Air NZ campaigns.
Other RSVP gold winners were Insight Consultants, for its "Ask Manuel" campaign on behalf of ANZ, Robbins Brandt Richter, for its Carter Holt Harvey marketing, Publicis Rainger, for its BankDirect campaign, and Marketing Impact, for its marketing of NRMA Insurance NZ.
Aim Proximity also took three golds in the Nexus category. Other winners were Datamail NZ, Brains, Marketview New Zealand and MessageMedia.
