AIA sells Mangere properties for $1.9m profit

Auckland International Airport (AIA) made a profit of $1.9 million on the sale of eight rental houses and another property, the company said today.

AIA said a private investor paid $2.9 million for the properties which, although in the same Auckland suburb of Mangere as the airport, were not contiguous with the rest of AIA's land holdings.
