Ernst & Young has withdrawn a report on China's bad debt that raised the nation's ire because Beijing said it had misrepresented the country's bad loans.
In a review earlier this month of the global bad loan market, the accounting firm conservatively estimated China's total non-performing loan liabilities at more than US$900 billion but now says the amount "cannot be supported".
