KEY POINTS:
Abano Healthcare Group's dental business, Lumino Care Dental, has acquired a fourth Wellington dental practice, increasing its network across New Zealand to 22.
Anthony Wong Dental has a single dentist and hygienist and will contribute annualised revenues in excess of $550,000.
Lumino has annual revenues in excess of $18 million.
The dental network is expanding at a rate of six acquisitions a year and is expected to double in size in the next three years.
The Lumino brand was launched in mid 2005 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Abano.
