The Rotorua men's tennis team will look to pick up where they left off against Whakatane a fortnight ago, as they build towards the semi-finals.

Defending champions Rotorua smashed Whakatane 6-0 at home in the last round, and are now joint leaders in the Waikato Bays men's premier interclub competition.

They go up against fourth-placed Lugton Park in Hamilton tomorrow in a match which could see them move to outright top of the ladder.

The semi-final spots are starting to take shape with two rounds left to play, with Rotorua, St Peter's (Hamilton) and Whakatane almost guaranteed their place in the playoffs.

Lugton Park will be gunning for a win tomorrow to try and cement their spot in the top four, as Hamilton Tennis Club are close behind in fifth.
