Getting kids into bed at night can be a challenge - especially when daylight saving starts.
And especially when you've got five kids, including two sets of twins.
But Ann-Maree Voss takes a positive approach to daylight saving.
It gives her more time with the kids - 6-year-old Thomas, twins Sophie and Michael, 9, and twins Ben and Max, 3.
While most parents of young children dread longer daylight hours, finding it a nightmare to get their young ones to sleep with sunlight streaming through windows and the sound of other children playing outside, Mrs Voss finds it rewarding.
"There was a time when I felt pressured to get them to bed on time but, through trial and error, I've learnt to relax a little bit and enjoy it," she said. "I've realised you can spend more time playing with the kids or doing gardening."
She has a few tips for other parents: "Just relax and go with the flow. Let the kids sleep in a little bit to catch up on their sleep. Play with them - it soon tires them out and they will go to sleep. Shorten their nap times during the day. It doesn't take long for their body clocks to adjust."
Sophie said she was also looking forward to longer days.
"It means we get to play outside a lot longer and go to bed a little later," she told the Daily Post.
"It's going to be fun."
Her twin Michael, who always wakes at 5.30am, is also itching to turn the clocks forward.
"It means we won't have to stay in bed so long," he said.
