The 19-year-old said it was amazing to experience winning two years running.
"I got a taste for it last year. I'm just stoked I could relive it again."
Zoe said she was shocked when she heard her name called.
"There were some amazing competitors this year. It's an honour really," Zoe said.
Earlier in the night she was named the winner of the Millennium Hotels and Resorts Group Category.
Zoe said she came up with the idea for Line Me Up about two months ago.
"I knew I wanted to create something that was optically challenging and I've always been inspired by all things linear. I also knew I wanted to use two models to create an illusion which was perfect for the group category."
Zoe finished school at Western Heights High School last year and was now studying art and design at Waiariki Institute of Technology. She wasn't sure if she would enter again next year but said she had a few ideas up her sleeve.
"I've got a few ideas but I might just give it a break next year and see what amazing designs people come up with," the teen said.
Now she was contemplating when she would go on the overseas trip courtesy of Harvey World Travel and Singapore Airlines she won as part of the supreme award.
Hosted by Jackie Clarke, the night also featured performances by John Paul College band Ward 16, singer Matt Barnard and dance group Amjazz Creative.
Rotorua Creative Arts Trust chair Barbara Cook said the event had been the biggest yet and she was unsure how it could be beaten next year. Mrs Cook said the awards improved every year and there was great feedback from the weekend.
"It's just been fabulous. People are just ecstatic to be a part of it."
