A week of activities is bringing Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology students together and making them feel welcome on campus.
The institute kicked off O-week with activities and stalls on its Rotorua campus from Monday.
Sponsorship, leveraging and engagement manager Jess Barnett said the events had been good so far and they had good feedback.
"It brings the classes together. For a lot of people it's the first time they've met all these people. By bringing them together it gives them a sense of belonging," Barnett said.
"We want everyone to feel special on campus."
