Three people have been arrested after a police chase over the Mamaku Ranges this morning.
A police media spokesman said a vehicle failed to stop for police in Rotorua and headed up State Highway 5 towards Putaruru.
The vehicle was eventually stopped on State Highway 28 in Tapapa near Tirau
