It doesn't matter what the weather's like this school holidays, there will be plenty of sunlight inside the Rotorua Museum.
The museum is again holding its popular activity trail where children can explore the museum's attics, basements and everywhere in between, including the Tudor Towers exhibit on the mezzanine floor, galleries two and three, and Nga Pumanawa o Te Arawa.
The Sunlight exhibition is still running and, if you haven't yet taken the children, this one makes science fun.
Let them loose with light by experimenting with mirrors, prisms, lenses and lasers, as well as discovering the sun's importance to life on Earth.
Around 500 children take part in the museum activity trail and, last year, its craft activities attracted 1500 youngsters.
