Not really no. All kids should be able to go on camps and trips, they shouldn't be punished because of rising costs for their parents.

No, it's hard enough already. There's the pressure to pay 'school donations', the rising costs on everything else and it may hurt a lot of parents. An extra $10 could be used for bread or milk.
