I think I could find time but mentally I'm a bit lazy and it's hard to get out and do it when it's cloudy outside, but when you do it you feel rewarded. I would say I would try to do exercise maybe four times a week but still find that a struggle.

No I don't think it's hard to find time to do physical activities. People don't work 24 hours a day, it should be easy to find half an hour in your day. They can spend it with their kids as well.

No for myself because I am retired and I have a lot more time to do that. Young people coming out of tertiary education don't have time nor the infrastructure to support them doing physical activity while working.

No, I don't find it hard to find time. I train at Gold's Gym because I like fitness, I go there after work and sometimes before. I make time.
