Yes, definitely. Teachers should be able to handle their students better. I've been a teacher and I think it comes down to better teaching strategies. Locking them in a room won't do them any good.

No. It seems to work with adults, so why not with kids? It can also take the danger out of the way for some of the teachers.

Of course they should be. The kids are probably just asking for help and need some attention. Then they end up disrupting the other pupils.
