Things got spooky at Rainbow Springs at the weekend with the Halloween Festival.
The Saturday event included trick or treating in the park with actors handing out lollies, live music, plenty of games in the playground and members of the Rotorua Cosplay group doing Star Wars things.
Rainbow Springs brand manager Shelley Burnett said they had about 1400 people go along, so despite the rain they were pleased with the turnout.
"There was lots of screaming around the park, which was what we wanted to hear."
