State Highway 5 has reopened following a truck crash.
Emergency services responded to the scene of a two-vehicle crash on State Highway 5, between Tīrau and Ngongotahā.
“A two-vehicle crash on SH5, near Waiohotu Rd was reported about 3.10pm,” a police spokesperson said.
It is unknown at this stage if there are any injuries, although police said ambulance were also at the scene.
“As of 4.55pm, both lanes are clear and open.”
