The MetService has reported a slow-moving front is expected to bring rain to much of the central North Island today.
MetService said a moist northwest flow was expected to continue to bring heavy rain to
the ranges to the Eastern Bay until overnight tonight.
People are advised to keep up to date with the latest forecasts.
