State Highway 1 between Taupō and Tūrangi has reopened following an operation to recover a logging truck that crashed off a cliff.
Emergency services were called to the crash at Motutere, near Bulli Point, around 12.40pm on Wednesday.
A St John spokesman said one person was taken to Taupō Hospital
