Rotorua Lakes High School recently held its annual Top Town day - a much anticipated event full of exciting and fun activities for staff and students.

Top Town is a fun day which encourages participation and teamwork in a range of different activities.

This year students had to compete in obstacle courses, wheelbarrow and water slide races, 10-pin bowling, volleyball, egg and gumboot throwing and the highlight for many, bumper ball soccer.

Students enjoyed the different activities set for them and the day culminated in a relay race which challenged students in groups of three to weave the slalom poles then complete the caterpillar walk before racing down the water slide - all huge fun for both participants and spectators.

The junior students want to send a huge thanks to all staff and students who made this day so much fun and such a success.

Also thanks to the team from Bay of Plenty Bumper Ball Soccer who brought and helped facilitate this fantastic game.
