Cathy says the club has been around since 1974, and currently has about 140 members, including juniors.
The club has six courts, including three under lights and play all year round.
"We are a family-friendly club catering for members of all ages and skill levels."
She says tennis is a great way to keep fit, have fun and make new friends.
"We have players in their 80s still playing good tennis.
"Lynmore has a friendly, social atmosphere and we would like to encourage anyone interested in giving it a go, or maybe who hasn't played for a while to see what we have to offer.
"We would particularly like to welcome some of the parents of our juniors, who might like the chance to start or resume playing along with their kids."
Cathy has belonged to the club for about 14 years, since first arriving in Rotorua.
"I like the relaxed, friendly atmosphere and the great people I've met at the club, and have taken advantage of the coaching available.
"I find it a really enjoyable way to get exercise out in the fresh air."
Club days are on Saturday afternoons, Wednesday evenings and Friday mornings.
The club also takes part in interclub competitions and runs tournaments and evening Business House competitions during the year.
Coaching is available for adult members, as well as the juniors through the club coach Guy Beamish.
The courts are available to all financial members any day of the week when not in use for club arranged play, and included in membership is access to the clubrooms, tennis balls and a range of spare racquets.
Senior members also have access to the clubhouse facilities.
