Rotorua property values rise nearly 10 per cent in a year

Rotorua property values have risen nearly 10 per cent in the last 12 months, with the average value now sitting at $409,832.

However, value increases in the last three months has been minimal, sitting at 0.6 per cent.

The figures were released today in the QV House Price Index for November.
