Rotorua's Camden Te Kani-McQueen is one of four junior women who will represent New Zealand at the World Junior Squash Championships in Tauranga in July.
Fellow Rotorua player Nadia Hubbard is the team reserve, but will play as an individual at the championships.
Te Kani-McQueen is an A2 grade player at the Geyser City Squash Club and has a win ratio over the past year of 68 per cent. She is a member of the New Zealand Elite Junior Girls and Bay of Plenty Elite Girls Squad.
She is coached by her father, Danny McQueen, a member of the 1982 New Zealand World Junior Men's team that finished fourth in Singapore and who is also a former New Zealand Coach of the Year.
Te Kani-McQueen is joined by Kaitlyn Watts, Anna Hughes and Anika Jackson in the women's team.
