Rotorua has seen a big jump in the number of houses sold in November compared to the same time the previous year.
The number of houses sold during the month was up 84 per cent with 149 homes sold in Rotorua in November 2015 compared to 81 in November 2014.
The median price reached $258,000, up 4.9 per cent on the previous month but down slightly on November 2014.
