Rotorua Police are appealing for information following an aggravated robbery at Kawaha Point Superette.
Two men entered the superette around 1.45pm on Tuesday with a firearm and demanded money Detective Sergeant Tony Colby from Rotorua CIB said in a statement.
An amount of cash and cigarettes was taken.
The men left on foot, walking down Kawaha Point Rd toward Fairy Springs Rd.
The two men were described as wearing black hoodies. One wore dark coloured shorts. The other man wore long black pants, a pair of scuff sandals, and carried a backpack.
