"The kids will be well and truly occupied."
And as fashion goes hand in hand with races, people are being encouraged to dress up.
Mr Flinn said there would be "fashion police" out in the crowd to spot the best dressed, who will be up for prizes.
"People don't need to enter [the fashion competition], they just need to come dressed to impress," Mr Flinn said.
The gates open at 11am with the first race at 12.39pm.
The last race is at 5.20pm.
Mr Flinn said Saturday race days like this one were "very important" to the club and it was expecting a "bumper crowd".
If the weather was fine, he'd like to see a couple of thousand people turn up.
He said people could bring along picnics.
