We're looking for a place for my son and his girlfriend because they are at a stage they want to go flatting. We figure it's better for them to be paying a mortgage. We've been looking for about six months.

We've been looking for a month or so. It's very difficult. There's not a lot out there and with the Government caps on home start grant it's tough. Houses under $400,000 are nearly impossible without having to do an enormous amount of renovation.
