I think it's good to recognise International Women's Day. I do think it's getting better now women can work and have a family. I'm all for that. I stayed home with my family but there are options.

The day is good for women. It's good for them to be appreciated by family and in the workplace. There's always going to be inequality in pay rates. We're forever trying to fight for that.
