A single sentencing will be held for four of the five people charged over a Boxing Day attack on two German tourists in Whakatane last year.
Mark Wikotu, 18, had his sentencing for aggravated robbery and unlawfully getting into a vehicle adjourned until May 16 when his name was called in the Whakatane District Court today. Judge Louis Bidois said he would deal with all defendants together on that date.
Wikotu remains in custody.
Two 15-year-olds and a 14-year-old who have not denied charges over the attack will be sentenced at the same time in the district court, although they are youths.
A 17-year-old co-defendant has pleaded not guilty to aggravated robbery and unlawfully getting into a motor vehicle.
