A man who has pleaded not guilty to murdering his baby daughter in Turangi last year has appeared again in the High Court at Rotorua.
Donovan Michael Duff, 40, appeared via video link today where his lawyer, Moana Dorset, told Justice Sarah Katz she had recently received disclosure from the Crown.
She said she needed to discuss the Crown's case with Duff and asked the matter be put off again to a later date.
Justice Katz remanded Duff in custody until October 11.
