To those people who use mobility parking, regardless of rules. There are costs involved in getting the card for disabled people. A doctor's visit is required to gain approval. The application must be accompanied by a fee of $50. When issued, the card carries an expiry date when the whole process must be repeated. If you have thought mobility parking is free, please, it is not.

I enjoy watching those science shows where they talk about evolution. One of them got me thinking. After IBM ( a big computer firm) invented the PC, back in the '80s, they sat at their project meeting, having finished the whole project. Then somebody asked: "When can we load the operating system on to it?"
They all stared at the team leader, who stared at the software team's empty chair. They rang the software department, who said: "You never asked us to write any software for it. It won't run our mainframe code, either."
They used Yahoo to find Microsoft, then a tiny outfit in Washington State, and popped over there. Bill Gates realised their folly and insisted on being paid a licence for each and every PC that anyone, anywhere would ever use.
Evolution is a bit like that. You can have all the DNA, all the RNA, all the cell walls and Golgi-bodies you like, but without the operating system, you haven't got anything. Somebody had to have written the billions of lines of cellular code to get cells running.
