Stop naysaying and be innovative. To recoup some of the $90k used to buy mud (for Rotorua) we could stop giving away precious water, freeze it and sell it to the Eskimos.

Foot and mouth
I have several matters for your consideration and surely the most important one is importing mud from a country that has had outbreaks of foot-and-mouth disease.
That is potentially devastating and should not be permitted. When I return from travelling overseas my hiking boots although appearing clean are often disinfected at the airport.
Surely, importing tons of dry mud is a much larger threat, and I hadn't even been to a country with this terrible disease.
This arrangement with the South Korean city must be abrogated.
Lakes Rd lighted sign on Humes building near roundabout: I find this brilliantly lighted sign very distracting, especially at night. I think it is a traffic hazard. No traffic ever stops there and no one can pause to look at it. It is intensely bright, as well. I think it should be removed.
