People wanting to have their say on the Bay of Plenty Regional Council's direction for the next decade only have until Monday to do so.
Submissions to the council's Long Term Plan Consultation Document close on Monday.
Council general manager Mat Taylor said staff had been out speaking to the community and stakeholders at several events during the past month and were pleased with the questions being asked.
"We've had some really interesting discussions with members of the public and stakeholders at events we've attended, and it's been great to see people so passionate and informed about the work we're doing."
He said making a submission had never been easier – with the regional council focusing on five key topics – and presenting options for each.
