"It was like a little pancake factory."
Miss Jones said that each month Rotaract chose a different charity to support.
"[Coastguard] do a great job, they help people when they're in trouble and they are all volunteers.
"They are just a good group of folk." While not wanting to look at another pancake for a while, Miss Jones said they may consider running another charity breakfast fundraiser.
Coastguard crew member Jonathan Findon said it was great to have organisations such as Rotaract supporting them.
"Our expenses are fairly high. Our fuel bill could be $800 or $1000 a month, so anything we can get is great."
Mr Findon said it was also a great chance to boost the profile of the organisation and talk to families about water safety.
