Rotorua golfer Danny Lee has won his first PGA Tour event following a four-player playoff at The Greenbrier Classic.
Lee, Robert Streb (US), Kevin Kisner (US) and David Hearn (Can) all finished at 13-under par at The Greenbrier Classic in West Virginia, sending the tournament to a playoff this morning.
Lee and Hearn both birdied the first playoff hole, eliminating Streb and Kisner, before moving on to a par-five second playoff hole.
Lee managed to par the hole while Hearn could only manage a bogey.
The victory is the first PGA Tour win of Lee's career and also sees him qaulify for The Open Championship in Scotland in less than a fortnight.
