"We have 70 performers involved in the event and will have a range of food stalls so people can taste the very best of Filipino cuisine."
Many of the dances from the Philippines tell a story and each represents a different region of the country.
Performers include member of the Royal New Zealand Ballet Chris Manlunas, 2016 Miss Philippines New Zealand first runner up Tara Solon, and 2014 Miss Philippines New Zealand Olein Ona.
Filipino choreographer Mynard Maghari has choreographed the show.
Fely Aragon Batiloy who recently took to the Rotorua stage in Evita, along with Mynard Maghari, is the musical director and will perform a number of songs.
Also performing is the Kids' Verse Choir made up of 20 children aged 6 to 11 from Rotorua schools.
Fiesta Pinoy will be decorated with a mock nipa (thatched roof) hut and Christmas lanterns made of shell.
Mrs Andrews said all the costumes and decorations had been ordered from the Philippines especially for the event.
"There really will be something for everyone at our little slice of the Philippines at Fiesta Pinoy."
The Bay of Plenty Philippine Friendship Society has more than 1000 members.
Funds raised from Fiesta Pinoy will go towards helping the society secure a local hall which can be used as a meeting and social space.
Night Market co-ordinator Brigette Nelson said it was important to celebrate the community's cultural diversity.
"It's a good fit - the market celebrates multi-culturalism through the food on offer every week and these events add something interesting and entertaining.
"It's great people want to share their culture and we've helped this group put on their event through council's Neighbourhood Matching Fund, which is really about bringing people together and strengthening our communities."
