IT'S been three days but I still can't get the images from Saturday night's visual feast out of my head.
The annual Wearable Creationz event was a riot of colour, noise and creativity that illustrated the high levels of imagination, passion and ingenuity of entrants from across the region and beyond.
It must have been near impossible for the judges to separate the contestants and pick their category winners, though I have to agree the Supreme Award winner Line Me Up was already my favourite after a stunning performance on the catwalk, perfectly blending music, movement, design and the element of surprise.
It's already a huge event but it's hard not to imagine it growing in size and popularity over the next few years. This may cause organisers to rethink the format somewhat, as it's already a jam-packed programme on the night, let alone over the three days.
And with the Youth category making up nearly half of the entries (great to see so many entries from students far and wide) you have a growing number of young, up-and-coming designers looking to make their mark in the other categories in years to come.
