The final CreationFest show is underway with hundreds of people turning out to the Blue Baths to get a taste of the entertainment on offer.
Tonight's show is the last of the five that have been held this week, which feature dancing, magic, singing, film and a series of colourful wearable creations.
Tonight's show was a sell out, with the crowd roaring cheers after each act.
Local Hikawai Te Nahu said he was enjoying the show, which he came to watch to support his uncle who was involved.
"I liked the bit with my uncle, he was playing a traditional Maori instrument. We're here to give him our support."
Ground temperatures above 13C needed to carry out work.
