Police were called to the crash between two cars outside Rotorua Boys' High School on Pukuatua St this afternoon.

A Fire and Emergency New Zealand spokeswoman said they had attended but no one was trapped or injured and they had helped with traffic control.

A police spokeswoman said one lane had been blocked.

They were called to the scene at 3.27pm.
