The results of Rotorua Lakes Council's annual Community Satisfaction Survey will be released to the public in October.
A council spokeswoman confirmed the council had received the results of the survey, conducted by the National Research Bureau.
She said the performance measures were currently being audited by Audit NZ and a report on performance measures was being prepared for the Operations & Monitoring Committee meeting on October 5, at which time the survey would become public.
Last year, the council came under fire over the delayed release of the report that some said should have been made public before October's local body elections.
Last year's survey showed a drop in community satisfaction with the council's performance.
