Stella, who has just finished treatment after being diagnosed with cancer in 2014, said it was pretty special to see her painting sell for the second highest amount.
But she said the highlight of the morning was her family winning the annual prize of free icecream for a year, which is given to one of the CCF families.
Both Stella and her younger brother Cooper, 8, were excited by the announcement.
Meanwhile Steve Lovegrove, co-owner of The Professionals McDowell Real Estate, said he was thrilled to have raised a record amount.
Mr Lovegrove said when combined with the Supper Club event held on Wednesday, it meant Rotorua had raised about $200,000 for local charities this week.
He said the final amount raised was a "record smashing best year ever" - beating last year's $40,000.
"I'm delighted. I felt there was a lot of energy in the room. Rotorua has just been an amazingly generous city."
A last minute decision saw local real estate agent Trevor Cochrane pay the top price for the chance to have lunch with sporting superstar couple Richie and Gemma McCaw.
The self-confessed "sports nut" and All Blacks fan said he wasn't intending to bid on the lunch but decided just before the breakfast started that he'd give it a shot.
He paid $2200 for the lunch.
"I'm pretty excited about it. How often do you get to have lunch with a legend?"
Mr Cochrane said he'd had a few texts from people keen to accompany him to the lunch, but he'd be taking his wife.
He said he'd probably have a few nerves ahead of the event but hoped the conversation would flow, talking about rugby and sport in general.
"I'm a bit of a sports nut. I think I will be nervous."
Child Cancer Foundation Lakes branch chairwoman Win Macmillan said the money was massive and would be a huge help for local families.
"It is amazing just to watch the Rotorua community get behind the event again and again.
"To get people once again popping their hands in their pockets is great."
She said there were "so many areas" they could use the funding for.
