From hula hoops to Taiko drumming, art of all sorts took over the Government Gardens yesterday for the annual Art in the Park event.
This year's event featured more than 60 local and regional artists as well as musical acts to keep everyone entertained.
The annual event had been run for more than 17 years by the Arts Village and was about celebrating handmade home creatives.
Pieces of art were on display for people to look at with many up for sale.
Those checking out the art on display were also treated to a variety of musical performances, from jazz artists to Rotorua's own quirky ukulele quintet Thermaleles performing in the band rotunda throughout the day.
