Two men have today been arrested following complaints of damage done to 15 cars in Rotorua's CBD.

A police media spokeswoman confirmed a 20-year-old man and a 25-year-old man have each been arrested and charged with wilful damage.

They were expected to appear in the Rotorua District Court tomorrow, she said.

The arrests followed upset from one of the car owners who said there were 15 cars damaged by two young men allegedly jumping on car bonnets, near Eat Streat on Tutanekai St yesterday afternoon.
